The chat_id parameter
To Maintain history records or create chats...
The user must introduce the appropriate chat_id set of characters to enable conversations.
In the first successful interaction with the system, the response body will contain a chat_id variable.
If users want to continue the conversations with the system, they will have to provide the found chat_id value in the next Post request.
